I was told a week ago that my sister was diagnosed with stage three cancer. This was a shock to me and the family. I thought this was something that we might be able to beat.My sister is only 37 years old. She lives in Pa I was shocked when I saw my sister in that hospital bed. I honestly just broke down. I was trying to be strong and not to cry. People were telling me that you need to be strong and on day one of my trip I was. I spent most of my time in the hospital with her. I believe that as each day passed she contuines to get worse. The doctors decided that we need to send her to another hospital that was more advanced. The family all agreed. My sister was sent to the ICU department. I can honestly state that the staff is great there.Today I had one of the doctors call me. They had informed me that she has severe cancer that is spreading. I spoke to my sister today on the phone today. The first thing she told me was Jessie I am going to dye. Do you know how hard that is coming from your big sister. Its like someone pulled my heart from my chest. My sister has 4 beautiful babies. I know these babies are going to go though alot of pain. I am asking for help because it is close to the holidays. I want to help with giving her kids a nice christmas and any other expenses that may occur in the next few day. I know this is something that my sister wouldhave wanted. I know this is the worse time of the year because everone has obligations. Any amount would help.
