Please help us with rent and bills

My husband & I live in Reno,NV and are knee deep in bills & rent with no way out. 
 Both of us are disabled and our health has been deteriating, both mentally and physically.  We have both applied for SSI and SSDI, since we are unable to work, but have come across so much red tape and not many that will help us cut through it.
My husband/soulmate has had several mild heart attacks, blood pressure problems and now is also having serious eyesight issues on top of it all, among other health issues.
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, severe hearing loss, Carple Tunnel Syndrome in my wrists, and had a recent diagnosis of M.S with seizures and a mild stroke in wich I have been needing many tests and dr appointments and the like, wich has made it nearly impossible to deal with all the other things we need to do.
We have been trying so hard to pay our rent and are about to become homeless in between all that. We just need a little help while we try to deal with the broken Social Security System to keep us off the streets, for we will surely not make it if we end up homeless.
Also have no gas and now are also unable to get food and things we need, so any amount of donation would help us so much.
