Angela's wheelchair accessible van

Angela Cook is a paraplegic who was in an accident 30 years ago. Although she has struggled to maintain an active lifestyle, she has managed to learn to SCUBA dive, earn a degree in journalism and become an avid off road enthusiast.  
She is a program coordinator for the San Bernardo National Forest Adopt-a-Trail program,  co-founded a successful 4 Wheel Drive club,  and attends meetings representing responsible off road recreation and environmental protection. In addition, she has chaired an off road fundraiser for paralyzed veterans for the last 13 years. 
Tragically,  11 years ago,  her husband and best friend,  Mike,  passed away suddenly.  She eventually lost her house and moved in with her elderly parents.  She continued her volunteer work until a few weeks ago,  when her 10-year-old,  wheelchair-accessible van blew the engine.  She now has no transportation and needs help.  She would like to purchase a used van,  but needs enough money for a down payment. She is on a fixed income and no longer able to work,  so she needs to raise  enough money to have a down payment that will allow for affordable monthly payments.
