Arms Around Atlas

Kimi and Nick Hopkins are expecting their first bundle of joy, a baby boy who they are naming Atlas Walter Hopkins, due early October of 2015.  This past Monday, during Kimi's 36 week routine doctors appointment, they were informed that baby Atlas has a heart defect. Kimi and Nick were sent to San Antonio to see a specialist who only confirmed their devestating news. They traveled to Houston for more doctors appointments and even more devestating news. Atlas heart is not like a normal heart. Kimi and Nick have been in Houston for the last week waiting to see a specialist on Monday for a second opinion. They have been told Atlas will have to undergo at least four open heart surgeries within a few days after his birthday. 

There are no words for what Kimi and Nick are going through. There is no reason for why this happened to them. All we can do right now is help them anyway we can. We are asking for your love, support and donation to help pay for their medical bills, lodging and anything else they could possibly need during this time.
