Angels And Blimps

I'm not an optimist. I'm not into religion. I am, however, a living being on a planet full of other living beings, and it seems to me that everyone could use a moment of unexpected kindness. This includes holding a door for someone, saying hello just because, handing over a compliment, paying a bridge toll or a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or even lunch.
Too many other living beings have suffered at the hands of others, I am no exception. Because I’ve come through the other side, and I’ve done it with the help of others, I believe strongly in paying it forward. It is the least any of us can do when we are able. We never know when we’re going to make that difference, it’s all in the trying. This is my trying, and I’m asking for your help. One moment of kindness can bring a smile to a bad day, inspire someone to give to others, and at times can even save a life.
Some of these things cost money, and if we work together, we can make a difference - one dollar at a time. Some of us only have a dollar to give. If you don't, that's okay. Spreading the word or just giving a moment of your time to help someone doesn't cost anything and still makes the difference.
For those who can spare the dollar or more, please do. This is a completely not-for-profit venture, I will be keeping no money at any time for anything other than to help others where and how we can.
