Andreita from Arequipa Peru

Andreita suffers from Fatty Acid Oxidation disorders (FAO) . Her mother traveled from Arequipa to Lima in desperate attempt to save Andreita without any hope in her hometown. In Lima she found shelter with the Ronald McDonald House but was told that her condition could not be treated in Peru and her hope of survival was minimal and her only chance was to travel to the USA . After months of fundraising we were able to have her travel to Miami where she entered into Nicklaus Childrens Hospital and get a comprehensive gene exam and to formulate a treatment option and a personalized diet for her survial. She curretly gets all her nutrition from "monogen formula" which is currently not sold in Peru and the cost per day is $50. Andreita and her mother have been featured in the local news in Peru and now in Univision thru the show "Primer Impacto".

Relantionship: Caregivers for her now
Funds how they will be spent: She has spent some funds already in "monogen" formula that cost $50.00 per day , compresensive gene exam at the Nicklaus Children Hospital $4000.00 , a Sonogram and other exams $435.00 and all the remaining funds will be to pay for a feeding tube to be placed in her belly ($20,000 estimate).
How to we intend to give the money to them: They so far received all their money via money transfer to her personal account or by cash to Glendy personally.
Our Contribution : We have out of our own money already spent $6,000.00 in temporary housing for her, groceries, transportation, and basic daily items to include a phone
