Help Liv Transition!!

Hello all!!

I am a non-binary transfemme.  All my life I have felt I was in a body that didn't quite fit. I had always wanted breasts, growing distraught when they never grew in, and a penis has always been something I wish I didn't have. 

I've been able to come to terms with these feelings and have reidentified as transfeminine! Pretty much all my friends and colleagues have been supportive, and even if they don't understand, they still strive to show I am accepted. However, that isn't always enough.

In addition to gender dysphoria, which is the pschological name for the cognitive disonance that occurs when people mentally and emotionally reject identifying with the gender they were assigned at birth, there is body dysphoria. Body dysphoria occurs when a person has aspects of their body, tradtionally associated with gender, that they often need to alter in order achieve mental health.

The medical aspects of addressing body dysphoria are expensive, and as a university student training in theatrical creation and social justice work, my future monetary prospects aren't going to cover what is needed.

Hormones and surgery (including hair removal) are only part of a transition, though undoubtedly a major one.  Surgery is the corrective for a huge part of my body dysphoria, I am hoping someday soon to be able to get genital reconstruction surgery and finally have vagina. 

To add to the emotional stress of dysphoria the likliehood that I'll recieve no financial support in this endevour from my parents is very high, and hoping to allieviate some of this hair-wrenching and tear-jerking of the next few years, I'm asking for your help. 

All donations will go directly to paying for the medical costs of transition such as hormones, hair removal, and eventually THE SURGERY :)
