Help Amanda Rinkel return to Moody

Several friends of Amanda Rinkel started this GoFundMe on her behalf to help her return to Moody Bible Institute and complete her training for ministry. Amanda is one of those quiet, courageous women who you don't realize is so remarkable because she'd never talk about herself unless asked.
Let me tell you. I met Amanda when she taught the R.A.D. System Basic class at Moody. She taught me self defense, but she also taught me strength. She became a friend I love and respect, and seeing her unable to return to Moody because of a lack of funds was heart-breaking.
See her letter when she first found out she was going to Moody--even though she had dropped out of high school to help her family years before. See the letter my dad, Moody's president, wrote about her at the close of her freshman year. He praised her courage in overcoming so much to attend Moody. The irony: after this letter was published she wasn't able to return for the next semester.
Amanda wants to help hurting women through finishing her degree in Ministry to Victims of Sexual Exploitation. I want her to have the chance. Despite Huntington's disease, despite so many things, Amanda still keeps pursuing her goals. I can't put into words how much I admire her and how her courage has spurred me on.
For almost a year she has worked long hours at a hotel near her home, but she hasn't been able to save up the money for Moody's room and board. When I saw her the other day, she said she would need $7500 to return for the fall 2015 semester. Please pass this on to Moody students who know Amanda, and anyone who wants to help a very talented woman receive her training for ministry. She deserves to be at Moody; let's get her back where she needs to be.
