"The Big Plantation" Startup Campaign

This campaign is to act as a start up for my Alternative Media Outlet, "The Big Plantation", and to take it to the next level.

The Big Plantation has existed for about 8 months as a youtube channel that is updated with my own videos of street interviews and encounters, A facebook news aggregate page that shares 20+ stories a day from a very wide variety of sources, and a weekly news show where Me, and my co-hosts Jaime Martin and Mozez Flowz break down the news and conduct interviews. We have professional quality audio and video broadcasting capability thanks to FPRNradio.com. We Offer a unique and differing libertarian perspectives and get into a very wide array of topics, philosophies, and we also have a focus on the strength of music to carry the messege of truth and freedom.

I have been deeply involved in activism for about 4 years. In that time I have organized a nationwide "End The Fed" Rally, Co-hosted and worked for Adam Vs The Man, Co-hosted "Mike Salvi's World", organized a concert headlined by Immortal Technique and Professor griff, organized several different rallies and marches in the Philadelphia area, as well as created over 200 activist/show related videos involving street interviews, police encounters, Interviews with people such as Immortal Technique, Ron Paul, G Edward Griffin, Phillip Lebonte (lead singer of All That Remains), Bands such as Erra and Veil of Maya and much much more.

Our Goals

Our goal with this campaign is to take our operation to the next level. We want to finish our website so that we have a home location for our news aggregate, to organize and promote rallies and other liberty themed events, as well as to provide coverage and live streams, and to generate in depth, well sourced, informative original content based on years of research. There are many community based ideas that we want to implement into the website, as well as create weekly news emails so you can can easily see the stories and videos from the week.

This will also serve to provide equipment so that we may improve our audio and video quality both for our live show, as well as street interviews and all of our other activities to a more professional level.
