"Send Al to Pharmacy School"

So here's the deal: I want to go to pharmacy school.

I was accepted at The University of Minnesota and Wayne State University in Detroit. I decided on Wayne State to be somewhat closer to home and to my family.

My goal as a pharmacist is to work in underserved communities. As someone  from a less fortunate background who has struggled to secure health care, I understand a lot of the difficulties that less privileged individuals face trying to navigate the process. When I am a pharmacist, I'll be in a pretty unique position to start addressing some of those problems.

Right now, though, I'm looking for support in covering a down payment on an apartment.  I had been intending to live in student housing, but just found I'm on the waitlist and so I need to find alternate housing.

The apartment is the last step. Once I have that settled, there will be nothing between me and my goals.

I'm so close to getting there!
