Albert Home Fire Fund

Donation protected
On January 26th, a fire broke out in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert. The flames quickly engulfed the second floor of the home, which led to an immediate evacuation of the residence by the Albert’s. The fire and water damage has left all, but two rooms, unsalvageable. The Albert’s left that night with nothing but what they were wearing at the time of the fire.

As long as Mrs. Albert has been principal of Our Lady of the Angels School, she has been the first to bring about difficult situations to the entire community in hopes for compassion and help for others.  She instills compassion by asking all of us to pray for the student with cancer, for the child of a teacher who has been injured by being paralyzed, the teacher who is going through difficult times, a child who lost a parent, a family who has been devastated by fire, or just the person who needs prayer getting through the most difficult choices life brings us.  She has been the lead support for the loss of loved ones in OUR community, no matter the situation or circumstance. Mrs. Albert has been at the forefront of the most tragic losses which have faced our community and stood strong in the face of the most difficult of events.  She asks for help for all of these situations and many others by reaching out to OUR community for understanding, monetary donations, donation of clothes, and ANYTHING that can be given to ease the pain of any loss or financial burden events like these bring upon one of OUR families. She always looks for a way to ease the pain of a difficult time for anyone in OUR community, regardless of how it may be viewed.
The O.L.A. faculty and staff know all too well, the depths of Mrs. Albert’s faith in OUR school community.  It is with that justification and following in the true spirit of Our Lady of the Angels School, we feel the need to aid the Albert Family.

The Albert Family may not be able to call their house a home for close to a year.  They have been displaced by the fire with nothing but the clothes on their backs and the love in their hearts.  It is truly a devastation, NO family should ever face alone.

Mr. and Mrs. Albert have two grown children, who have been through the O.L.A. educational experience.  They are two of the most respectful, kind, and loving human beings, we all pray our children turn out to be.  They received the “greatest gift” their parents could give them, an O.L.A. education, love, and respect for others.  The Albert’s also help with a niece in the OUR preschool.  They are often the primary caregiver wanting nothing more than being able to expose this child to a Catholic education.

This is the essence of Mrs. Albert’s leadership in OUR community and the reason, WE as a faculty and staff ask for your help, hand-in-hand.  WE will continually support the Albert Family in any way we can.  WE, as a school Family, will help ease this devastation in many ways.  We ask your family to pray, help, support, and if you wish to donate whatever amount you can to a gofundme account. Big or small, your donation will help the burden of this event and will be greatly appreciated.  God bless all of OUR families and continue to show us the path Jesus set out.
