Husband-Terminal Alzheimers.HELP

My husband, Chris, is in his 11th year living with Early/Younger Onset Alzheimer's Disease. After we lost everything, we came to Florida, and I became his fulltime caregiver. He receives Medicare but he is indefinitely waitlisted for Medicaid and any number of other types of aid and funding. I don't drive so I'm not sure how long I can care for him on my own. 
Now, we have the chance to get better medical care for Chris, social services, and for me to go back to work. Please help us with travel expenses, getting settled in Fargo - Moorhead and some warm clothes. It is becoming urgent. I believe God is in this plan. Thank you.
