Immunotherapy

I am a 40 year old mother of 5 who was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of October 2017. Shortly after i had been operated on it was discovered that i had secondary cancer in my lungs chest and neck area. I was given 3 months to live by the NHS so i went for a second opinion privately which offered me a better chance of extending my life. I started private treatment in london in December 2017 which i was able to afford due to fundraising. My response was exceptional and by May i was in remission. They explained i was still terminal and it would return at some point but they would keep a close eye on me and scan regularly. In June i had to return to NHS treatment due to the cost of private treatment being to expensive. The NHS scanned me in July but never scanned my head and told me that i was still in remission. I returned back to work as a firefighter at the end of july which i was ecstatic about because i never thought i would get back to work again. On september the 5th whilst on a training course my eyesight went strange and i developed a really bad headache. Thinking this was a mirgraine i went home to bed hoping that it would pass, but i started to be sick and the pain just got worse to the point where i had to be amdmitted into hosiptal. I was given a emergency CT scan of my head and this confirmed that i had 2 tumors in my brain. My options on the NHS are limited due to how aggressive triple negative is and the speed in which it grows. Its much harder to treat brain cancer and the best option to prolong my life would be to have immunotherapy in the form of dentritic cell therapy which is only avaiable in germany privately as its still at the trial stages on the nhs so not available as a treatment yet unless you are lucky enough to get on a trial. I am still short of £30,000 with what i have left over from my pevious fund to start this treatment. I have a provisional date booked in for october to start treatment if i can raise this money So please if you can help however small it would be greatly appreciated.
