I am Zach Leach & have a passion for motor sports I want to make my VW R32 into the superb track vehicle I know it can be.
I have always wanted to compete in auto racing but never had opportunity due to the shear cost of the sport. After obtaining my VW in 2015 I have competed in numerous SCCA solo events and have been to several track days. After running a full 2017 Autocross season I was class champion in DSP for Indy region & Great Lakes Division all I can say is thank you to all that helped & for 2018 season I’m planning even bigger goals and intending more events. I believe that I can move up in my class as well as move too more competitive class with each improvement to my VW R32. With your help and support I feel I can improve my current ranking in the SCCA and then move to compete on the national level.
I am raising money to cover cost to bring my VW R32 to a national competitive level in SCCA DSP class as well as safety items to race a full season of SCCA solo 2018.
The funds raised will be used to buy tires, racing seat, roll cage, 6-point harness, Engine/DSG tuning software, intake, racing suit, racing shoes. As well as travel and entry fees.
Any donation amount would help me make the necessary improvements to my VW R32 and I would be very grateful for the help. I will be make a YouTube channel where I will be posting video’s of the progress I am making with the improvements to the car as well as posting high lights of each event I take the car too. This way we can see the step by steps improvements of the car as well as to the ranking in the SCCA. I will also be helping anyone that is starting out or currently racing with any and all question they have. This way we can all learn from each other and make this community stronger and better for all who want to become a part of it.
