This is my Dad, William Kresge a US Navy Veteran and was diagnosed with pancreatitis disease in 2010, a disease in which the pancreas becomes inflamed and caused major scaring. Your pancreas is located right next to your stomach and small intestine and it's job is to release powerful enzymes into the small intestine to aid in the digestion of food. This chronic pancreatitis has caused a lot of pain, weight loss, and other problems over the past 5 years.  In 2014 he went from 193 pounds to 127 pounds. The doctors found two masses on his pancreas which caused the pancreas to become blocked so the nutrients were not able to pass through to properly digest. The block in his pancreas caused him to get diabetes and is now taking two types of insulin. This Feburary 2015 he had a major surgery which has caused him to be out of work for at least six months or longer or if able to work again is unknown, do to the type of surgery. With no work, medical bills, and needing to take insulin everyday he is in a place of need. I am currently raising money to support and help him as he is recovering, We all need help in our life at one point or another.
