You have just completed a powerful clip from the soon to come feature film "The Push"; Along with a message from a few of our Sponsors.  "The Push" is a project set in motion to display the challenges of young disadvantaged teens and students throughout America; Everything from bullying, juvenile delinquency to drug abuse.  Our organization has the pleasure of collaborating with CotLu films to bring this vision to LIFE and spread awareness on such matters that are forcefully affecting our youth. Bullying, juvenile delinquency and drug abuse is an epidemic amoungst our young ones as we speak, and we want to do all that we can to fix the problem!  Starting with, "The Push".

We NEED YOU to help us reach our goal of $250,000; To complete our mission in bringing this feature film to schools, libraries social media groups and television networks near you!

Our organization’s mission is to establish a stand-alone youth structure with mentoring programs using the arts and mix media; to prevent juvenile delinquency and improve positive creativity and self-expression in an educational environment; to work with and for youth in grades 9 through 12. And, to set in motion continued growth and development for the families and neighborhoods developing in urban and rural areas.

Creative YOUth, Inc. is an established nonprofit organization, legally formalizing its structure in early 2012. The founder, Taqiyah Barber, is embarking upon a community and youth outreach mentoring program that uses mix-media to help one become the creative individual that one may or may not see in themselves. Creative YOUth programs are to play a major role in expanding the concept of “Self-discovery”. Primarily, the founder allows her own story of self-discovery from a troubled youth to a charismatic, self-confident, public figure; to re-channel negative energy into discovery of creativity and ultimately deter youth delinquency and gang recruitment through misdirected involvements for both youth and young adults.
