Terelle Robinson's College Fund

Hi, my name is Patricia Clement. While scrolling through my Facebook feed, I read an article from the Progress Index that my friend Ms. Wyatt shared. I read the story and felt compelled to help this young man. I commented on the FB post and asked Ms. Wyatt if she knew this young man because I wanted to donate some items he may need for school. Ms. Wyatt stated she didn't know him, but would be interested in making a donation as well. Ms. Wyatt then shared our idea on FB and more of her friends wanted to make donations. I emailed the columnist telling him that I wanted to get in contact with Terelle. Terelle gave the columnist his cell phone number to give to me. I called Terelle on Sunday night and told him that I was proud of him and wanted to help him.  He "Thanked God" over and over during our conversation. Terelle was  humble, respectful and in total shock that someone cared enough about his story that they would contact him to offer assistance. I asked him what size clothes did he wear, his reply was "ma'am I'm fine, I don't need clothes, I'm not materialistic but if you want to get something, I could never have enough underclothes, socks and tshirts. I replied informing him that I had a few friends that wanted to donate, so now is your chance to request what you need. Terelle replied "I wish I had a scholarship or money so I can continue my education, I don't want to spend the rest of my life paying off student loans." After you read the article, I think you'll feel compelled to donate. With all the odds against him, Terelle could have easily given up on life, turned to drugs & other criminal activity but instead, he persevered. Ironically while I was typing this page Terelle called me to let me know he was excepted to William & Mary.  After you read the story below and make your donation, please share this with your family and friends, thanks and God bless.
