TEAM OAKLAND (through Tommie Smith Youth Athletics) has again been invited to represent the City of Oakland at the 49th Annual International Children’s Games (over 80 Cities and 30 Countries will compete) being held in Alkmaar, The Netherlands (Just outside of Amsterdam), June 24th through 29th, 2015. Traveling outside the United States is a tremendous experience that helps these young athletes develop the skills and confidence to succeed not only in track and field but also in life. THANKS! to all who supported Team Oakland's 2014 trip to Austrailia. The team performed well and finished within the top 10 of all of their events. We really appreciate your support! Coach Nola
