Medicine for 7 week old fox

I recently just picked up my pet fox Taboo from a breeder in Ohio. Once arriving at the place, the animals were sitting in feces covered cages and all of them were scared. Taboo was covered in her own feces and her fur was slightly matted. She was cleaned and taken care of and shortly after having her home we found out she had really bad worms and was sick. Now we had just spent all our money on paying for her, buying her items and driving 2 and a half hours to pick her up. The breeder had said she was in perfect health and was utterly okay. This of course wasn't true. We no longer have the money to get her seen as we didn't forsee havingif a sick fox. We need help getting her medicine and getting her into a vet. Shes only 7 weeks old and being a wild animal she produces more bacteria making worms harder to pass and now she needs to be checked for lung worms. Any amount will help. I just don't want to lose her after just getting her.. She's too young and it wasn't fair how they cared for her.
