My name is Bishop Handy and I am the Executive Director of Innovative Community Action Network (I.C.A.N.) Mentoring Program for at-risk and disadvantaged youths. We are currently having a fundraiser to raise funds to restart our mentoring program that was terminated because of budget cuts. Our mentoring program plays a vital role in the lives of so many at-risk and troubled youths.
