Run for Jaime Foundation Memorial Bench

Donation protected
On March 12, 2014, 31-year old Jaime Rowley was struck and killed by a motorist as she was out for her morning run near her Ashburn, VA home. The outpouring of support from the whole community for the future education of Jamie's two surviving daughters has been inspiring, heart-warming and much appreciated.

From this tragedy, her family and friends have created the Run for Jaime Foundation with the primary focus of promoting runner safety awareness and supporting other children in the surrounding area who have suffered the tragic loss of a parent.  The goal of the foundation is to give back, and to pay it forward!

Recently, the amazing shoe memorial, which was set up at the corner of Waxpool Road and Claiborne Parkway, was removed, and all of the shoes were donated.  Now, in an effort to immortalize Jaime's legacy and passion for running, we have officially received approval to erect a Run for Jaime Memorial Bench near a church in her community, where she was killed.

The cost to purchase the bench is approximately $4,000.

Please help us support this cause and keep Jaime's spirit alive forever.

We appreciate any amount you wish to contribute in her memory.
