A device called “Eye Scanner” scan the eyeball and within 10 second it can say if the person :
1- Is Fatigue or has mental disorders
2- On Medications
3- Under the influence of drugs
4- Under the influence of alcohol
Is this good or bad? Can this device be abused or not?
Our mission is to figure it out how this device will affect us in United States.

We are a team of young Biomedical and Computer Engineers and our goal is to serve our community the best we can.
Rapid Eye Scanner is a final product that will enter US market sooner or later, but is it going to help us? We want to customize it for our community needs.
Our plan is to visit the Manufacture in Europe and do some research on this device and gather as much information as we can and publish those data for people back home, so our community will have knowledge of what this is and what can it do!!
Money that we are looking to raise is for: Travel coast for Europe, Leaving coast for 6 months (research time), Purchasing the device (5 units), Renting research facility,…etc.
