My Dad is my hero, and his battles with cancer is an unbelievable story. As a retired Sales Manager, he now writes and draws a lot more than what he had time for as one of the nations top Sales Professionals. But we also know that opportunities for a retiree transitioning into a full-time Author/Artist, is not as easily accessible as it is for popular celebrities, looking to make it as authors and artists on a first book project. Quite simply,we need funding to help market his work effectively. At best, Dad has a separate Facebook page to advertise his book. With donations, he could furnish a studio, take advantage of exercises and freedom of movement to make connections and conduct meetings with buyers and other prospective business ties. So we have committed to looking for help through funding. The aim is to raise the amount we need to help promote his work.
