Hi everyone! Thanks so much for checking this page out. I am taking a leap and making plans to open my own booth, Paper Crane Confections, selling whoopie pies and other desserts at one of our local street markets.
In order to get the bakery off the ground, I need to raise some start up money. These are the main expenses I expect:
Business Registration Fees - $125
Booth Banner - $50
Business Cards - $50
Logo Design - $255
Printer for Labels - $150
Packaging Materials - $100
Ingredients - $50
Pans and cooling racks - $75
Market application fee - $10
Initial market fee - $40
Booth set up materials - $50
The minimum donation GoFundMe allows is $5 -- if everyone I know donated $5, I'd surpass my goal easily! If you were planning to get me anything for my birthday or Christmas, please consider donating to this project, instead. If ever you wanted to buy me a drink or return a favor, now is the time. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Many of you know how passionate I am about baking -- if this works out, it'll be a chance to do something I love and earn some income while still getting to stay home with Anna.
