PEAK K9's for Kids

I am developing a program in which I use dogs (my own and possibly shelter dogs at a later time)in animal assisted activites to teach kids important life skills in combination with a well established self esteem curriculum, that already has a great track record for helping students reach their potential. In order to do this, I need to be able to go through the training and get the word out in the community. I will need to speak with administrators and other community leaders to find the best way to implement this program in my county. I am hoping to be able to offer scholarships to some of the students that would otherwise not be able to afford the cost of the 20 week program. This will be a invaluable experience for them, creating a place for these students to discover more about themselves and others locally and globally. Help me get this program started! Thanks!
