St. Virgil Academy is a Pre-K 3 through Grade 8  learning community dedicated to the education and faith formation of each student in a nurturing environment.  The mission of our Academy is to inspire a passion for learning, a joy for living, and a love for Jesus Christ.  We have been servicing the faith community in Morris Plains, Morris Township, and Morristown for 106 years.  And we would like to continue that tradition.

Recent years have seen a decline in enrollment and dwindling support from the community. In order to continue our mission, we are in desparate need of funding both to finish out this school year and to allow us to reopen our doors next year.

Our administrator, teachers, parents, parishioners and most especially our children are campaigning to obtain these funds.  The children have been opening their piggy banks and we are hoping that you will join with them and all of us to save our school.
