Help with Nathaniel

On January 26, 2016 we were blessed with a beautiful baby boy. Though we'd hoped he would be healthy, it didn't turn out that way. Nathaniel was born with down syndrome and a heart defect, and also aspirated at birth, causing him to spend the first 3 months of his life in the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) Long story short. He has a feeding tube, he has had one open heart surgery and he has pulmonary hypertension. It's a daily battle with him. We are not asking for help to pay for medical bills. We are asking for help with the traveling expenses. (Gas, food, lodging, ect.) Anything would be greatly appreciated.
