My Natural Burial

Wow, we're getting close to halfway! Thanks again to all who have helped, are helping and have yet to help. My buoyant optimism in ;life has been so often turned outward in positive thoughts of my fellow humans, and now I find I'm even a little optimistic about this receiving of help. Then again, it's all down to you, fellow humans. Well done, thank you.

A friend mentioned they'd lost this link so I figured I'd do a quick update. I'm doing pretty well right now, which is nice. The donations have trailled right off but that's OK too - with all the love and goodness around these days I feel confident that everything will work out well, in good time. To all of those who have donated, to those that continue to donate, and those yet to do so, thank you. It feels great to be getting there as part of a team, almost. Cheers to you.

Wow, getting some actual quotes come in now, rather than just from the rough guides online. Turns out it's much MORE expensive to have a natural burial. Go figure. Costs more to pre-pay as well.....which strikes me as simply gouging on a peace-of-mind lever. I'm saddened at the transparently capitalist aspects of this unavoidable death industry, especially when you just want to do an ecologically-minded thing. C'est la vie, c'est la mort, I suppose. Now it looks more like I'll need $9,500! So your help and support so far and in the future has just become all the more valuable to me, thank you. This might be a nice choice of coffin though, don't you think?
