Funding Naloxone in MN

The Issue: In order to decrease heroin overdoses in Minnesota, Valhalla Place has partnered with community based organizations to distribute a lifesaving medication. Naloxone (brand name Narcan), is a highly effective overdose reversal drug. New legislation called “Steve’s Law”, allows people to possess and administer Narcan in the event of an opiate overdose.

Our Request: We are raising funds to purchase Narcan and implement the Valhalla Place Overdose Prevention Project.
