My name is Lisa Clayton, on behalf of Krysten's family and her fiancee Jericho Crockett, I have been asked to set up a fund for their precious Krysten Waalk. On 3/1/2017 Krysten was involved in a car accident in Fallon that claimed her life.
Just this past Saturday, February 25th, Krysten had selected the wedding dress of her dreams and she was set to marry Jericho Crockett on September 9th in Bishop, CA. Krysten was so proud and felt so very loved when Jericho proposed. She could not wait to marry Jericho and to raise a family with him. Jericho was nothing short of a true gentleman and proved an amazing love and devotion to his greatest cheerleader. Krysten lived her life full of love, family and the dearest of friends.
Krysten brought light and love to whomever she touched. This beautiful girl touched so very many people from every walk of life and in her every endeavor in education, work and her pursuit of life, laughter and love. To her mother, Krysten was her biggest champion and her greatest hero. They stuck together with unwavering loyalty throughout Krysten's young life and adulthood. In May 2015, Krysten graduated from UNR with a BS in Social Work and immediately set off to passionately serve children and adolescents. Her true passion and joy were realized with the amazing teenagers and children Krysten worked with. Krysten had plans to continue education in obtaining her Master's degree with an eventual goal of providing therapy with children as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Krysten was taken from this life on earth way too soon. While God has claimed our sweet angel, the family must now put her to rest. This GoFundMe accout will greatly assist Krysten's family with funeral costs and in supporting Jericho and helping him to recover from this greatest of losses. It is anticipated that these costs will run in the tens of thousands. On behalf of Krysten's family, they cannot express enough gratitude for each and every donation that is given.
