Kenzie's Kidney Transplant

Hi, my name is Robin and my daughter Mackenzie will be undergoing a kidney transplant on May 7, 2015. Our family needs your HELP to sustain the household financially during transplant and recovery. Funds will also HELP with things not covered thru insurance. You see I havent been able to work due to her illness since June 2014. During transplant and recovery I will be the care provider until she has completely recovered.  Our household has always needed two incomes to pay the bills. So needless to say its already been financially stressful for the family. My husband Mike is an amazing man, father and has been working hard to provide for us this far, but we need a little extra help during this difficult time.
Mackenzie is 17 yrs. old and has PKD Polycystic Kidney Disease. This is a disease she has battled since the age of 4 mths. old  and she now needs a kidney transplant. For the last couple of years things have gotten much worse and she has suffered with a great deal of pain this last year. She has been in and out of the hospital all her life, but this year has been especially hard for her. Being a teenager Mackenzie should be having the time of her life, but things are far different for her. She has had to give up driving, work and barely makes it to school due these days. She often wishes for her life back. Some of the symptoms she deals with daily are extreme pain, swelling, vomiting, loss of appetite, extremely tired, bruising and passing out.
We had been actively seeking a living kidney donor for about a year. There have been many disappointments along the way. Mackenzie had seven people denied to be the living donor, but thru God and Faith the Lord has blessed us with a living donor! Her name is Kelley and she's our angel on earth...She is a mother of 4 and works full time. In advance thank you for your support and donation.
