My name is Alexis Sellers and my reason for writing is based upon a hope and determination. I kindly ask that you please take a moment to read our touching story below.
I was lucky to fall in love with a wonderful man named Rob four years ago. Rob is a 44 year old Veteran with a zest for art, a love for life, and a thrill for adventure.
On our fourth anniversary, Rob was unfortunately and quite shockingly, diagnosed with Stage Four Colon Cancer. A wonderful man, whose life seemed to be imperfectly perfect, had his world turned upside down with one word: Cancer.
As his girlfriend, the one who loves him immensely, I at first, allowed my emotions to control me. I was heartbroken, upset, and most of all, angry. As time passed on, I realized that perhaps reaching out for help, rather than fighting this battle on our own, may be what we needed to do. Rob has touched the lives of so many therefore, if you could, please read on and help him in return.
Because his cancer is so advanced, the doctors have lost much hope where treatment is concerned. They have expressed to us that traditional ways of treating cancer, such as chemotherapy or radiation, will prove to be unsuccessful thus prompting the inspiration for this GoFundMe Page.
Rob and I, upon our research and determination, have found an experimental Organic Treatment that may prove to terminate the cancerous cells that have taken over his body. This treatment, known under the “Alternative” category, attacks cancer cells without attacking the healthy cells that a person needs for survival.
We have built a groundwork of hope around this treatment and we kindly ask that you join us in Hope to help Rob. If the treatment works, we will begin to see results in a month’s time. Imaginably, this is wonderful news for us!
