K9-Cops

K9 officers all around the world and right here in Cheyenne Wyoming go out and do one of the toughest jobs and they do this most the time without the protection of Kevlar vest. This is my goal to stay in partnership with law enforcement officers in Cheyenne Wyoming including, Cheyenne Police Department, Laramie County Sheriff's Department, Wyoming Highway Patrol as well as other law enforcement agencies that use any service dogs in their departments. My goal is to raise money to fit 5 K9 officers that currently have no Kevlar vests. Just like the lives of our men and women these animals do a great service and often are killed. They have higher survival rates wesring protective gear. Our LEO'S just don't have the fund's to help these awesome dogs. They are more then officer's and a service to the public. At times they become family and are retired with their handlers and develop a very strong bond over the years of their service. Let us all take a minute and remember as animal lovers that these dogs should have easy basic level 2 protection vest just like their human counterparts.
