Hi my name is Alisha Nickole, my company is JesusJuice, and my mission is the JuiceSpot here in my town. We are seeking to turn this 57000 sq ft building into an artist paradise where mini artists will be groomded to share their talents such as music, dance, acting, and writing in order to positively affect the community and world around them.

'As you can guess a building this size and this vacant is going to take some work, The owner of the building gained the building after he lost his father 6yrs ago and the building has been vacant for 8yrs. It is currently going to waste and I believe in my heart that we could renovate this building and bring life back to it and the community. the selling price of the building is 199,000, so far the only estimate we have on the roof which needs repairs is a quater of a million dollars and the floors and 2 of the rooms need to be pulled up and redone, and as you would suspect we will have a lot of cleaning and TLC to give to it, PLEASE FUND OUR CAUSE to bring music and life to the community through performing arts.
