Ian Emergency medical expense help

I will have to have Compartment Syndrome Surgery next week on both of my legs and I was just recently laid off from my job for no reason. What I have left in savings is going towards my medical bills. I won't be able to work for at least 6 weeks and wont have any income to help buy groceries, I only owe 1k on my car after 5 years of paying on it with no missed payments. I have no other way or help with this.
I am just looking to get enough to help with my car payment and groceries while I can not work. I have already cancelled my internet and cable to save money. I have already cut things out that I don't have to have. I am just lost and don't know what to do. I will be 30 years old on March 18th and I had surgery on my neck a year ago and had it fused together which really drained me but I also had savings built up and vacation pay.
I'm really scared, I and it took me a long time to pay off my debts to only have medical issues that needed major surgery two years in a row.
It's making me really depressed and I cant even tell you how scared I am at this moment.
Friday May 3 is the day of the surgery
this is me today 3/12/15 after the testing to see how bad it is.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
