The International Christian School-Pyeongtaek (www.icsptk.org) exists to provide a quality education from a biblical worldview to students, K-12. That means educating the whole person (body, mind, and soul). Part of that means teaching the students to love God and love others. (Matthew 22:37-40) We do this largely through our "Week Without Walls," when our curriculum leaves the classroom and textbooks and goes into the world.
As part of our "Week Without Walls," some of our staff and high school students (9th-12th) will be traveling to Nairobi, Kenya to work with our sister school (West Nairobi School) to love and serve the people who live in the slums of Nairobi.
We'll be sharing the Gospel of Jesus while providing low-cost reading glasses to those living in poverty in the area.
This serves both as an opportunity to share love and the Gospel with Kenyans and to train our students in the service of their fellow human beings.
Please help us to do this.
