Trip to the National Championships

Its been an amazing year for the 2014 Chargers A Squad.  After taking first place in the first two competitions, the girls headed into the New England Regionals on November 15th, confident that they would do well.  The girls performed a flawless routine, but were given third place due to a 2 point deduction due to a timing error in the routine’s music.





A protest was submitted the day after Regionals since the actual length of the music can be easily verified from the official DVD, MP3, and score sheets from the previous competitions.  


Days passed, and it looked like the scoring mistake would stand.  

Amazingly, on November 25, 10 days after the competition, the score was updated and Chargers were awarded the title of Co-Champions and extended an invitation to Florida to compete for the National Championship.

We've very thankful and excited for the opportunity to compete in Florida, but have lost much-needed time to prepare for the trip.  

We appreciate any help we can get.  There's 31 girls on the team, and we want to make sure they all have a chance to go.
