Hei olemme Jarno Sihvo ja Adrian Hornsby, Suomen junioreiden ultimatemaajoukkeen valmentajat. Meidät on juuri valittu valmentamaan joukkuetta seuraavalle kaudelle ja auttamaan heitä valmistautumaan Italiaan, missä pelataan junioreiden maailmanmestaruuskisat, WJUC 2014.
Tarkoituksenamme on kerätä kaivattuja varoja joukkeelle, jotta voisimme harjoitella ja lähettää joukkueen pelaamaan Maailmanmestaruudesta Leccoon, Italiaan. Kuten voitte kuvitella, juniori-ikäisen pelaajan on todella vaikea rahoittaa matkustamisensa sekä muut kiinteät turnaukseen kuuluvat kulut, sillä he eivät käy töissä säännöllisesti.
Projektin tavoitteena on tehdä Suomen Ultimate juniorimaajoukkueesta se joukkue, jota vastaan muut haluavat pelata. Joukkue, joka osoittaa hyvää urheiluhenkeä sekä esimerkillistä käyttäytymistä niin kentällä kuin sen ulkopuolellakin. Pyrimme myös kehittämään pelaajille hyvän perustan pelin ymmärrykselle ja tarvittavan kuntotason kansainvälisille pelikentille. Aiomme myös kehittää joukkueen kommunikointia sosiaalisessamediassa jakamalla joukkueen seikkailuita teidän kanssanne.

We are Jarno Sihvo and Adrian Hornsby, coaches of the Junior National Ultimate Frisbee team (**some links about Ultimate bellow). We just got appointed as head coaches for the season to come and in particular to prepare the team for the Worlds Junior Ultimate Championships 2014 in Italy.
With the team, we are attempting to raise some much-needed funds to help us train and compete against other international teams and travel to the Worlds Junior Ultimate Championships 2014. As you can imagine, it is even more difficult for junior players to finance their travel and associated costs since they do no have a regular job.
The goals of the project is to setup the team so that the Junior Finnish Ultimate team becomes the team others want to play against; valuing sportsmanship, determination and exemplary behaviour, both in and off the field. We will also work hard to build great foundations for the understanding of the game and to get to the international fitness level.
We also plan to improve the communication between the team and its fans to share the team's adventures with you!!
##Some numbers and why we need money (price approx, we are still working on the numbers.)
- Flights to Italy: 300€/player
- Other transportation to practice games: 200€/player
- Fields for 4 full-weekends (try-outs): 200€/weekend/team
- Fields for other practice: 50€ per practice
- Jerseys: 60€/player
