The little pink coffee stand

I've finally got the okay to start leasing out another building while the permits go through. However, since it was not ever a coffee stand, we have to convert it into one and that's where I need the funds currently. 

FREE all you can drink, drinks to all donators for the first 2 days of operation. Be sure to NOT be anonymous.
Location: Kent, WA

August 20th update: I've gotten all my building and health permits sent in. I'm praying everything goes smoothly from here on out.

I want to create a coffee stand that not only does coffee, but also specializes in tea and smoothies.

My overall goal is to provide the best work place any girl could ever ask for and the best service and drinks anyone could ever get.

I hope to create another stand with happy employees, good ethics, a family friendly atmosphere, set schedules, no competitiveness, team building efforts, and well trained staff. There will be no competing for anything because like one girl said to me, "Coffee stands are a unit. We're supposed to work together, not tear at each other's throats." Which I believe in because as a team, we get farther than we would if we were all for ourselves. Like, if your leg breaks then you're s.o.l. if you're by yourself, but if you have people wanting to help you, then you can still make it to the finish line and everybody wins. Positivity goes a long way.


Training: Everyone will be properly trained through my years of trial and error alongside professional training by Caffe Darte and surveys I've conducted with the general public/my old customer bases.

The stand will be based on team building efforts with the staff, customer service, and high quality drinks and food products with the customers.

Happy employees = happy customers = returning customers.

The mood in which you start your day with usually determines the overall course of your day. So with that, I plan on making sure that my employees have a smile on their face each day to infect the customers and make the overall environment of the stand, a happy and great go-to place for drinks, food, and conversation as well as happiness even when it seems to be hard to be happy.

The location will be here in Kent, Washington right off of Central Ave. Until we get the stand delivered and set up, I can't release the exact location just yet.

Currently the Black Diamond stand is working with these ethics and it's doing fairly well for being brand new with a bad reputation from the previous owner so I'd say that's a plus. Although we're barely breaking even day to day, we're improving little by little.
