ELE de Leyre in Gambia

ELE de Leyre in Gambia is a project that is trying to get funds to set up the Spanish Department at The University of The Gambia.
The idea was born when Leyre, the Spanish Lecturer at UTG found out that her goverment, due to the crisis undergoing, was cancelling her position as Spanish Lecturer. However, Leyre decided to stay without salary, institutional support nor teaching resources.
The goal of this funding campaign is to get enough money to buy books to teach Spanish as a Foreing Language at the University of the Gambia. Currently, at the University there isn´t any material especifally designed to teach Spanish as a Foreing Language (not even a dictionary at the library!)
Another goal is to be able to train at least two teachers from the Gambia, so they can continue the job when ELE de Leyre finishes her labor at The Gambia.
