Please help create a memorable 1st Graduation Experience for the Kindergarten Class of 2015.
Event: Promotion Ceremony
Date: Wednesday June 17, 2015

Where: Drew Elementary School

There are 37 students (13 girls, 24 boys) in the class being promoted to the 1st grade. Many students attending this school come from low-income families and are unable to afford to cap and gowns for their promotion ceremony. The median income surrounding the school is $26,000 annually. We are asking for monetary or In Kind donations to help the Drew Elementary School PTA provide these students and their families with a memorable 1st graduation experience.
The intent is encourage these young scholars to strive for excellence and stay in school. We have an vision that in May 2032 all 37 of these young scholars will experience a college graduation.
Funds raised will be used to provide every Kindergarten graduate with a cap and gown for the promotion cermony, a class photo, a graduation certificate, graduation program, decorations and light refreshments following the ceremony. If we met our goal the class will also have a Kindergarten closing activity to celebrate the achievement of these students. The cap and gowns purchased, will remain at Drew Elementary School for future Kindergarten class use.

4. Attend Graduation on Wednesday, June 17, 2015
Funds Auditing:
100% of the funds raised will be used for the Kindergarten Class. The students are the purpose.
Accounting of the funds used and all Receipts will be made available to all contributors. A final accounting of used funds and funds past on to the future Kindergarten Class will be prepared by June 30,2015.
