DOLLARS FOR DEXTER THE DACHSHUND

Hello Ladies and Gentleman,

Our names are Julia, and Jon. We are the proud owners of 4 amazing Dachshunds, Jax, Madelyn, Dexter, and Russel. We care more for them than anything in the entire world. They are very happy dogs, and are the highlight of our lives! However recently one of our pups, Dexter was diagnosed with IVDD, which is a condition in which the spinal disks malfunction, and the insides escape causing pain, nerve damage, and even paralysis . He had lost control over his back legs. Which means no playing with his brothers and sister. He is unable to go to the bathroom by himself, and enjoy all the perks of not only being a great dog but a 3 year old munchkin that enjoys running, playing, and the occasional jumping =) We have brought him to the very best specialist/neurologist in our area, and upon having an MRI our worst fears were confirmed. Dexter needs surgery =/. At this time we have put up all the money we could gather, and the surgery comes to almost $9000.00 This is very hard for us as we are both hard working individuals that hate having to ask for help, unfortunately right now we have to do just that. We ask you please donate any denomination possible to help pay off our credit cards. and medical bills that fixed our pup Dexter, He has received surgery, and is currently in a Yonkers NY hospital, recovering. We hope to have him back in a few days, and begin the month long recovery process, in which he will still need medication and our love and care. But fortunately thanks to the great help from our animal hospital, Dexter has a 98% chance of recovering fully and walking again.
