Help with expenses due to fibro

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in early 2014 but my problems really started a year before my actual diagnosis. I have been unable to work since April of 2013 and have exhausted my state disability benefits and I am still waiting for Social Security benefits. My wife and I try very hard to make this work but the copays for my medications and doctor's appointments make that very difficult for us.

We have been doing everything in our power to make this work but are near the end of our coping abilities. I have contacted local charities for rent and utility assistance, but because I am not on Social Security and we have no children, we do not qualify for the programs in our area.

The stress of our financial difficulties affects my fibromyalgia and causes increased pain and an increase in other symptoms which also makes life extremely difficult. I just want to be able to have enough to get us through to the new year so that hopefully our situation will change. Anything will help and we will pay it forward as soon as we are able.
