Hellooooo Everyone :)! Before I even give my pitch for your support please take just a few moments for a good look at my pictures. As you can see I was overweight. My heaviest was at 5’2” and weighing around 150-160 pounds, I was very insecure with how big I was. I was at a very low point during this time, where I suffered from issues with my body image, depression, and anxiety.
Like most others I was not born winning the super-model genetic lottery. People who are naturally slim and well proportioned can never understand how much the rest of us go through to attain the same results. But it is possible and I'm living proof. Slimming down and developing my body took a lot of knowledge about nutrition and a lot of exercise. My dream is to help people who suffer as I did; and I do that - free of charge! I am preparing for my very first upcoming bikini competition! A bikini competition is not a beauty pageant but the first step in bodybuilding competitions. This is where I need your support. This will be my very 1st time ever stepping on stage. I will be competing in the 2015 National Physique Committee CAPITOL GRAND PRIX CHAMPIONSHIPS August 22nd in Laurel, MD. I've been purchasing stage services, supplements, A TON of food and more to help me improve for the stage I plan on rocking. I'm training extremely hard.
