Cindy Koira 14yr. grade 9 student from Victoria, BC. is a junior amateur golfer. Cindy will be competing in 2017 US Kids European Championship at Gullane, Scotland between 30thMay-3rdJune 2017 and 2017 US Teens World Junior Championship at Pinehurst, Noth Carolina, USA from 24th July to 28July 2017. Cindy has worked hard to qualify and earn a spot to represent Canada. We are all very proud of her for her dedication, passion and enthusiasm for the game of Golf. Cindy has been competing intenationally for 4 years now.
In 2016 Cindy placed 12th at US Kids European Championship and has qualified again in 2017 to represent Canada. Her dream in 2017 is to win the European Championship, this is a very prestigious Junior championship where the best junior golfers from over 60 countries land in East Lothian, Scotland to compete for the title.
Cindy also represented VancouverIsland at BC Summer games 2016 winning a bronze medal for the team event.
With the high cost of travelling, registration fees, membership fees, equipment, competition expenses, and coaching fees, it is becoming more difficult to fund her . More than anything she pursues this game for the value of it and also golf is a life term sport. Cindy believes in doing the best in whatever she does.
We are looking for financial assistance and would appreciate any help for Cindy to keep her dream alive.
