Eye Surgery

 I'm a 31 year old woman who has lost the sight in one eye due to an advanced stage cataract. I am a certified medical administrative assistant but the decay of my vision and eventual loss of sight in one eye has greatly affected my ability to work and maintain steady employement. It's a vicious catch-22; I need to work to pay for my surgery so I can see, but I've had no luck in any of my job searching due to the medical complications I face.  

Outreach to friends and assistance from religious organizations has helped me get diagnosed and seek treatment to this point but surgery is required before I can fully see again. Please help me, whatever you can give will litterally make the difference for me between full sight and employment and being blind in one eye. Thank you and God bless.
