Jess' local coffee shop kickstart!

Hi everyone, My name is Jess and I live in San Antonio, TX. I'm 24 and it is my dream to own a local coffee shop! I have so many brilliant ideas that I know people would just adore. I have been wondering how I would even begin, with a $10 an hour job even if I was able to save the whole check each time would take me over 5 years to save up for the start up costs. I really don't want to have to take out a loan as that will only make the first several years of my business even more stressful than it's already determined to be :P I am really hoping people will find it in there heart to help me make this dream a reality and prove everyone who thinks it's not going to happen WRONG! :) 


My estimated start up costs are $55,000 After all a good quality espresso machine costs anywhere between $10,000 and $21,000 just by itself :( 

Then consider the cost of:
other supplies
decor 
rent 
utilities 
inventory
advertising
Probably need an accountant to help or a business coach.
A few employees
Insurance

I am not really expecting to raise $55,000 quickly if ever through this means but I do believe in the "Shoot for the moon even if you miss you'll land among the stars" kind of theory.

I would really love to be able to start with as little debt or no debt if possible. I have some amazing Ideas and a few ideal locations, which I don't quite want to share just yet due to a fear of people stealing them but when I start getting closer to my goal I will be happy too share :) 
Also keep in mind that although San Antonio does have a few local coffee shops in some areas like Olmos Park and Pearl Brewery, there isn't ANY in my area (Leon Valley) that I'm aware of, only starbucks (don't get me wrong I love starbucks, but don't we want something different and new?!) 

I'm not asking anyone to donate a lot of money but if a lot of people donated just  5 or 10 bucks then I can make this a reality! 
I'm definitley saving up my own money as well but I don't make very much and we don't get many tips.

Current name choice: Capri & Co. Local Coffee 
(Capri is my middle name) 
Honestly my vision for my shop is different than anything I can find and I'm really pumped about it!

-If it goes well I also want to add in a wine bar in the      evenings, using local Fredericksburg wine.
