Just wanted to give an update, The truck is at the welding shop, getting racks removed, some bodywork done, and the back porch fabricated.

In other news, we are really trying to get all the "thank you" gifts dyed and out, I apologize for any delays, but STITCHES and now the little rain we have had have slowed me down a bit. Should be almost finished with them tomorrow. I am still awaiting color choices from some of ya'll,.... no rush, but I don't want to let anyone slip through the cracks.

Thank you all so much once more!

I still can't believe we have paid for the truck already! The guy is coming out today to measure for the graphics wrap, and then we start on body work, and gutting it for the interior remodel. We will be back home tomorrow night, and will post some pics then.

We will also be shipping out rewards starting Wed-Thurs, and if you have color choices, please email us @ Sales@TheBuffaloWoolCo.com Dyeing will start Wed and go through the weekend I have a feeling :)

Thank you all again very very much! This is going to be a great adventure.

There is still room to donate if you would like to, any and all future proceeds will go to the remodel of the van.

We are over the top! The truck is paid for, but there are still sponsorships available (mystery yarn etc... )
Any more raised will help towards the remodel...

Let me first introduce ourselves, We are Theresa & Ron Miskin, and we are passionate about bringing you the best quality bison products.
We work with some of the largest bison ranches in the country. It's our belief that we can preserve one of America's great symbols while supporting local economy by offering you the best of real American Bison products.
How we operate:
Supply local retailers
Trade Shows
Consumer Shows
E-Commerce

Now for the project we need help with!
We want to build the first mobile Buffalo Shop (and the second mobile yarn store) and we need your help!

There are only so many shows and events, and they aren't in all places in this country, we want to be able to come to you!
The vision is make it something equivalent to your local yarn shop.. but with a whole bunch more bison flavor!
There are only a few steps to doing this and its only money and time that are keeping us from getting it finished, so
First we need to purchase a van, something big enough to be lined with shelves to hold yarn, racks for hats, pegs for gloves, and probably even a little pull out porch for a rocking chair.
We want to take one of these,

used step van

we need to gut it, remove the shelves and racks and clean the heck out of it.
inside need serious work!

replace it with something like this.

We then need to make it comfy cozy, install nice shelving, good lights, and if there is room, a rocking chair or two (not for use while driving)
one of our booths

maybe paint it something like this?

please excuse my photoshop abilities, I am much better at putting color on yarn.
We also have to make room for our dyeing equipment, one of the big reasons we want to do this, is we will be able to DYE ON SITE, no waiting for custom colors, you will be able to pick your yarn, your color ways, and get them while you wait! This has never been done in a mobile setup before and we really want to be the first!.

the world is our drying rack

so, please lets get this done before the Taos Wool Festival, and we will see ya'll soon!

Wheeeee! Didn't you always wave @ the Twinkie Truck. You have to keep something to acknowledge its roots! Yay, we bought a Twinkie Truck!

If possible, something in your purple or blue colorways would be most appreciated.
