Dear Baagan Customers,
It's humbling; we need your help. To be legally allowed to serve some of our most popular foods (fresh baked bread, grilled/roasted foods, etc.) our Roseville kitchen needs to be larger and remodeled.
Our story...
Rajbir started Baagan almost 5 years ago as a modest tea shop, manufacturing healthy teas to sell at farmers markets and stores. Then she met Angelique and we've expanded into the vegan cafe in Roseville that you know today. But our kitchen hasn't been able to keep up with the demands. It's challenging to serve fresh food very quickly, with the extremely limited equipment and space we have. The county agrees--it's time we expand. Very soon.
Next Steps...
We're researched heavily and found it can be more economical to move than to remodel our current location. So, we quickly need the funds to move to a larger space. It's right down the road from our current location, with easy access and plenty of parking.
