We need your help because we want to keep a great young family from being homeless this winter!
Due to the economic downturn, the value of My brother's house is drastically underwater! And when his wife could no longer work because of caring for the needs of their child, they could no longer afford, nor could they sell their house. Their second child will be born this winter; the issue is that the Sheriff Sale for the Bank is the week after his child turns 2!
A hard working man, his pregnant wife and their two year old child, will be homeless this winter. We see this vision of them all standing in the snow, like something out of a Charles Dickens novel, and we refuse to let that happen! Our family has come together and found a new place for them all to relocate to and start a new life. We are able to make a nice down payment on the new home, but because of the financial climate, finding a "lending institution" to finance this has been an impossible task.
So we are asking all of you to help, because we know out of the kindness of your hearts we can all come together and help give this young family a fresh start as they will soon bring a new life into the world.
